Quotes and Musings

Dealing with chronic pain and fatigue can leave us frustrated. We often experience guilt over chores
left undone, social engagements unattended, and time lost with a mate or loved one. We all know those feelings,

they can comsume us until we feel worse than before we began the undone chore.

Well,  many of you do more than you think. The good things you do everyday, for your mate, friends,
families, and animals get forgotten once the guilt and depression sets in. Guilt is an emotion we feel when we made of mess of something we actually have control over. For many of us with a chronic illness, we have NO control over our health, and guilt is a wasted emotion.

Remember who you are, what you do, and what you mean to your family. We hope  you take some
small comfort in the words we offer here.
