~ We want your easy to prepare, tasty
recipes. Despite the name of our contest, recipes need not be holiday themed.
~ Entrants will be judged on the number of ingredients,
prep time, and amount of clean up.
~ All food groups are welcome, entrees, vegetables,
deserts, casseroles, whatever you have that is quick and easy.
~ Please limit your entry to two recipes.
Both will be considered as seperate entries eligible for the prize.
~
Entries will be accepted until midnight E.S.T., November 30, 2008.
~
Winner will be announced and notified via email on December 1st, 2008.
~
All recipes will be posted on our website to benefit our visitors. You
will be credited on the page.
~
Winner will receive a copy of "Crack Me Up at the Wake of
Dawn" by Sue Jones, one of our favorite authors who lives with
Fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatigue. You will also receive a copy of "Women
and Fibromyalgia" by Barbara A. Keddy, RN, Ph.D.
The FMS Community will pay for all shipping costs.

Helpful hints:
Entries with six ingredients or less stand a good chance of being
considered.
Recipes calling for common, inexpensive and easy to find ingredients
will fare better than those calling for hard to find ingredients.
Recipes that use few dishes for prep and leave fewer dishes for clean
up will also be strong contenders.
Recipes exposing a new tool or method of performing the steps with less
time and energy will be big contenders.
